Job Responsibilities
  • Win, retain, and develop country-level accounts, mainly A D segment customers.
  • Build trust with clients through a strong understanding of their business and market.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend logistics solutions that create value.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, account planning, and budgeting.
  • Negotiate and close contracts aligned with company standards.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and tender leads.
  • Maintain CRM data and manage customer visits, offers, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to develop pricing and solution designs.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM management ability.
