Senior Account Manager (Sales)

Role Purpose

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, executing the company’s market expansion strategy, and maximizing account value within assigned market segments. The role requires full ownership of strategic accounts, sales targets, product portfolio penetration, and commercial execution, while acting as a trusted advisor to key customers.

Key Responsibilities – Commercial & Strategic Execution

Execute the company’s approved strategies for market expansion within assigned segments and territories.
Promote and sell the complete company product and solutions portfolio while adhering to the targeted product mix.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and solution bundling opportunities.
Lead strategic negotiations and long-term commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities – Account & Relationship Management

Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-value accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct regular business reviews.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Operational & Systems Excellence

Master the company’s ERP system for quotation creation and sales order processing.
Ensure compliance with pricing policies and approval workflows.
Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records for forecasting and reporting.

Financial & Performance Management

Deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Manage gross margins in line with company targets.
Achieve quarterly collection targets in coordination with finance.
Support annual budgeting and planning.

Travel Requirement

The role may require domestic and/or international travel based on business needs.
