About The Role

Posted Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we're looking for an experienced, strategic, and creative Senior Account Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is not a traditional social media manager role. We're looking for someone who can own client relationships, lead marketing strategy, manage projects, create content, and help drive measurable business growth for our clients.

What We're Seeking

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a client strategy meeting, directing a content shoot, creating social media content, managing email campaigns, and collaborating with a creative team.

This role requires someone who can think strategically while also executing. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, developing marketing initiatives, overseeing content production, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion.

Job Responsibilities

At Posted Digital, collaboration, creativity, and results are at the center of everything we do. Key duties include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead client strategy meetings, monthly planning calls, and ongoing communication.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Identify opportunities for client growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing improvements.
• Manage multiple client accounts and projects while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Attend client content shoots throughout the Phoenix area and provide creative direction during production.
• Capture photo and video content for clients across various industries.
• Edit short-form video content for social platforms
• Design social media graphics
• Develop content calendars and oversee social media strategy and execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations based on data and results.
• Review creative deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with internal team members
• Contribute to improving agency processes, client experience, and operational efficiency.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, account management, content creation, or agency environments.
• Previous client account management experience required.
• Strong content creation experience, including video editing and graphic design.
• Experience leading client meetings and presenting marketing recommendations.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and digital marketing.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Portfolio required.

Pay

Starting at $60k, depending on experience
