Senior accountant

At Vitrin Clinic, we are committed to excellence in medical tourism and patient care. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a Senior Accountant who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Handle tax filings, audits, and external reporting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/CPA is a plus).
✔ Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (preferably in healthcare, services, or international companies).
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel advanced level)+ZOHO.
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Professional attitude – reliable, punctual, and ethical.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
✔ Good communication skills in Turkish language English is additional.
