Job Vacancy: Senior Accountant

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven accounting experience (preferably 2 years within the UAE).
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and IFRS basics.
• Solid understanding of the UAE VAT regime, return filing, and FTA compliance.
• Experience with audits, payroll accounting (incl. EOS/Gratuity), bank reconciliations, and AP/AR management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Age below 35 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and closing reports.
• Calculate and file VAT returns; maintain tax documentation per FTA requirements.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, cash flow tracking, and cost control.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting; ensure compliant payroll postings aligned with UAE labor requirements.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
