Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, with a focus on financial entries, salary preparation, TDS, auditing, and handling outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage accounting entries accurately, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Responsible for salary preparation and maintaining payroll records
• Manage and reconcile TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns and related filings
• Perform detailed audits of financial records and transactions
• Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivable, including handling outstanding balances and follow-ups
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Work with the team to prepare budgets and forecasts
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and controls

Technical Skills Required:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of accounting entries
• Expertise in handling salary and payroll systems (manual and software-based)
• Experience with preparing and managing year-end financial statements and audits
• Experience With Tally Software

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
