• Education Qualifications:

· Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

· Professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in export accounting.

· Proven ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations independently.

· Prior experience in the Export industry preferred.

· Candidates who have previously worked in the PP woven sack industry must have a minimum gap of three years since leaving their previous employer.

· Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide junior accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage the entire export accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

· Record, verify, and monitor all accounting entries in Tally ERP.

· Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement).

· Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments, collections, and reconciliation.

· Maintain general ledgers, post journal entries, and ensure proper documentation and filing.

· Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.

· Manage GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings for export transactions.

· Reconcile bank accounts, export remittances, and credit card statements.

· Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth completion of audits.

· Prepare MIS and financial reports for management review.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning by providing accurate data and analysis.

· Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards.

· Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external agencies for financial matters.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in export accounting.

· Strong knowledge of export documentation, regulations, and procedures.

· Expertise in Tally ERP and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

· Sound understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Capable of working independently and supervising team members when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in a manufacturing and export environment.

· Familiarity with banking procedures related to export documentation (e.g., LC, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.).

· Working knowledge of export incentives and DGFT documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
