Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial transactions comply with UAE accounting standards.

Perform daily bank reconciliations, verify bank transactions, and maintain updated bank books.

Manage petty cash operations, handle reimbursements, and prepare petty cash reports every 10 days and monthly.

Record daily sales and purchase entries and provide daily transaction reports to management.

Prepare and share monthly Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet reports.

Conduct month-end and year-end closing of accounts with full supporting documentation.

Prepare and verify monthly reports including Credit Notes, Waiver Off Amounts, Discounts, Staff Salary, manager and owenr accounts and Monthly Trial Balance.

Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits and maintain proper audit documentation.

Monitor accounts receivable and payable; ensure timely collection and payments.

Manage VAT return filings and maintain compliance with UAE tax regulations.

Support budgeting and forecasting by analyzing sales, expenses, and profit margins.

Present periodic (every 10 days and monthly) financial summaries to the Finance Manager or Managing Director.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification preferred).

4–6 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a trading company in the UAE.

Proficiency in Zoho Books

Strong Excel and financial reporting skills with high attention to detail.

Should have good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
