Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include creating ledgers and financial analysis reports, ensuring that all transactions performed are done accurately and efficiently, and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.

Treasury operations

  • Cash and Bank Records should be up to date in tally
  • BRS should be prepared on weekly basis and obtain signature of the Manager
  • Physical cash certificate to be maintained on weekly basis
  • Maintain daily cash collection Register

Accounting operations

  • Recording of expenditure JVs on daily basis.
  • Booking of revenue on daily basis based on reports from Billing software.

Maintenance of records

  • Cash vouchers should be supported by proper documents and signed by the recipient
  • All Journal vouchers should be supported original tax invoices properly authorized by the Manager

Any other task as given by the Manager

  • Timely completion of the task and reporting

Job Specifications

  • Minimum Qualifications - B Com / M Com/ MBA Finance
  • Technical Qualifications – Tally, MS Excel, Oracle Finance, SAP
  • 3 to 8 years as Accountant in Healthcare Industry
  • Work Location: Kukatpally
