- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations within Zoho Books, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Zoho Books' features, such as the chart of accounts, tax settings, workflows, custom fields, and automation rules.
- Process sales invoices, purchase orders, vendor bills, credit notes, and manage payment gateways.
- Perform regular bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee inventory valuation and management within Zoho Books or integrated Zoho Inventory, if applicable.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow statements.
- Build and enhance custom reports and dashboards within Zoho Books to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
- Compliance & Auditing:
- Ensure all financial records and processes comply with local accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and internal policies.
- Manage and prepare all required tax filings, such as VAT and Corporate Tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary data and reports from Zoho Books to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Liaise with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure accurate financial data integration across the Zoho ecosystem (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory).
- Identify and implement process improvements and automations within Zoho Books to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
