Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant responsible for managing financial operations, taxation accuracy, and statutory compliance within our furniture manufacturing ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong command over GST, TDS & Taxation
• Practical knowledge of Tally / ERP or related software
• Graduate / Postgraduate in accounting or finance (CA/CMA advantage)
• Excellent accuracy, documentation & time management skills
• High level of professionalism & confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and prepare monthly financial statements
• GST compliance: Return filing, data reconciliation, input credit tracking, vendor GST verification
• TDS operations: Monthly deduction, payment, return filing (Form 24Q/26Q)
• Taxation accuracy and compliance with statutory norms
• Budget planning, variance analysis & profitability tracking
• Costing for furniture production: material, labour & overheads
• Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation
• Cash flow & working capital management
• Payroll processing, PF / ESIC / PT compliance
• Support internal & external audits
• Policies, system improvement & internal financial control
• MIS reporting and monthly closing
