Hands on experience in Zoho Books
- Record & reconcile daily transactions (AP/AR).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual statements
- Co-ordinate with banks, handle directors accounts, shares, portfolio.
- Process vendor invoices, client invoices chase receivables.
- Reconcile AP / AR ledgers.
- Assist in budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, cash flow.
- Monitor project budgets, report performance.
- Create, process POs ( policy-compliant ), track vs. invoices/delivery.
- Verify requests, maintain organized PO files.
- Track project estimates vs. actuals, prepare cost analysis
- Collaborate with project managers.
- Process payroll, tax compliance ( GST, TDS )
- File tax returns ( property, company) audit docs.
- Address audit findings, boost controls.
- Track construction costs, permits, fees analyze profitability.
- File, data entry, correspondence.
