About the Role

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.

• Industry Background: Prior experience working in conventional industries (e.g., manufacturing, trading, engineering, etc.).

Technical Skills:

o Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes

o Hands-on experience in monthly closing activities

o Proficiency in tax filing

o Ability to manage all accounting-related tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, and financial reporting

Other Requirements:

o Good understanding of accounting standards and compliance

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP or similar)

o Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
