As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations, and supporting senior management with essential financial insights. You'll be a core part of the company's accounting and finance operations, helping guide decision-making and ensure financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across departments.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax regulations, including VAT and Zakat.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Manage the general ledger, including month-end and year-end closings.
• Collaborate with external auditors and support internal audit processes.
• Implement accounting controls and process improvements.
• Provide financial analysis reports and performance tracking against budgets.
• Utilize ERP and accounting systems to maintain financial transparency.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, KSA tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.
• Must already reside in Saudi Arabia with a valid and transferable Iqama (mandatory).
• High attention to detail, organizational strength, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Work Days: Sunday to Thursday
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Work Location: Must be located near Riyadh, KSA
