Senior Accountant

We are seeking a results-driven and highly experienced Chief Accountant to lead our finance and accounting function. This is a senior role requiring complete ownership of accounts, statutory compliance, reporting, and financial discipline across the organization.

Role Overview

The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting management with timely financial insights and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Head and manage complete company accounts independently
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books, ledgers, and financial records
• Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and all statutory filings with zero delays
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements
• Manage audits, tax assessments, and liaison with auditors & consultants
• Oversee receivables, payables, banking, and fund flow planning
• Implement financial controls, cost monitoring, and process improvements
• Guide and supervise the accounting team for accuracy and compliance
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decisions

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum _8__ years of relevant accounting experience (senior-level)
• Strong hands-on expertise in GST, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Experience in retail / wholesale / manufacturing accounting preferred
• High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure during closures

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
