Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: [Sharjah]

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct internal audits and implement improvements.
• Liaise with external auditors during financial audits.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of [7] years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
