Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and overall financial management, along with experience in investment software, shares, and debentures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash book, and bank reconciliation
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare GST workings, file GST returns, and ensure timely reconciliation
• Manage TDS calculations, TDS returns, and reconciliation
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and financial statements
• Maintain vendor bills, purchase records, and expense documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments for required documents
• Support audits by providing accurate data and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and core accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
