Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant for an on-site, full-time position in Dubai. The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities also include budget planning, financial forecasting, and assisting in the preparation of tax documentation. The role involves collaborating with various departments to analyze financial data and support decision-making to drive the company's growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial analysis, budget preparation, and forecasting

Expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable, as well as account reconciliation

Knowledge of tax regulations, financial compliance, and accounting standards

Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel)

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different departments

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus

Experience in a contracting, construction, or related industry is an advantage

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
