Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accounting & Tax Executive (Canada / USA Clients)

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (Back Office)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
(Aligned with Canadian & US time zones)

Job Overview

We have established a new back-office operation in Lahore Bahria Town, to support our Canadian and US offices. We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven accounting and tax professional who can independently manage North American clients and coordinate with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Canadian and US clients via calls, virtual meetings, and email
• Liaise with the Canada head office to ensure smooth operational workflow
• Handle multi-industry bookkeeping for Canadian and US-based clients
• Prepare and file Canadian tax returns:
• T1 (Personal)
• T2 (Corporate)
• HST/GST returns
• Assist in CRA audit preparation and responses
• Process Canadian and US payroll (including filings and compliance)
• Prepare US corporate and personal tax returns
• Manage client portfolios independently with minimal to no supervision

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Canadian accounting and taxation
• Working knowledge of US accounting, payroll, and tax preparation
• Experience dealing directly with clients in Canada and the USA
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones
