Role Summary

Chefouse is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of

manufacturing accounts, inventory accounting, purchase & sales accounts

management, and GST compliance. The role involves maintaining accurate financial

records for factory operations and supporting management with timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle day-to-day accounting: purchase, sales, expenses, payments, and receipts.

● Maintain inventory accounting for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished

goods.

● Manage factory-related accounts including production cost, wastage tracking, and

material consumption reports.

● Prepare monthly P&L and assist in financial statements.

● Handle GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance.

● Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.

● Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for data accuracy.

● Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls.

Requirements

● 2–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

● Strong knowledge of Tally & ERP-based accounting.

● Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.

● High accuracy, discipline, and responsibility in financial handling.

● Ability to manage accounting independently
