Senior Accountant

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic decisions. You'll lead accounting operations, manage month-end and year-end closings, mentor junior staff, and work with leadership to analyze financial data and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Audit and Compliance: Assist with annual audit preparations, investigate and resolve audit findings, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Accounting Operations: Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Team Management: Lead and develop junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to management.

Requirements:

- Education:

• degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Certifications:

• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.

- Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in an audit firm.

- Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles,
• financial analysis, and audit procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
