About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of Busy Accounting Software. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial management tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Busy Software.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare invoices, maintain billing records, and manage vendor/customer accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly/annual closing.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS as required.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for accounting-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• Proven experience working on Busy Accounting Software (mandatory).
• 8+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
