Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant to join our team at a Fire Protection & Fire Fighting Systems Company in the UAE.

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of proven accounting experience within the UAE.
• Strong experience in:
• Financial accounting and reporting.
• VAT preparation, filing, and compliance.
• Daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Preparation of financial statements and budgets.
• Previous experience in engineering, fire protection, or technical systems companies is highly preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) for financial reports and correspondence.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with management, auditors, and external parties.
