We are also looking out for Senior Accountant salary range upto 40k for Kamakshipalya location in Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Review and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions

Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliation and review

Manage general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements

Monitor and analyze financial data to identify variances and trends

Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

Improve accounting processes and internal controls

Guide and review work of junior accountants

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and clarifications

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter / CMA preferred)

5–8 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS

Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP / Oracle / Tally / NetSuite, etc.)

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in corporate or shared services environment

Exposure to international accounting or multi-entity accounting

Experience in audit handling and regulatory compliance

Salary :- 35 to 40k
