Responsibilities :-
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in compliance with accounting standards. Safe keeping of petty cash, scrap book/cash, legal documents, hard drives backups, employee confirmation letters such as gratuity collection etc.
- Ensure timely bank payments, supplier payments, and all other financial transactions. Manage salary disbursement for employees and other employee payments, including end-of-service benefits, accurately and on schedule. Pension payments of UAE nationals.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records. Reconcile physical stock with system records regularly. Assist in stock-related audits and provide necessary reports to management.
- Handle VAT filing and Corporate Tax filing as per UAE regulations. Ensure compliance with federal financial and legal requirements by reviewing existing and new legislation and advising management on necessary actions.
- Prepare and submit financial statements such as receivables, P/L, petty cash, audit reports etc on weekly monthly and yearly basis.
- Provide audit assistance, including preparing schedules and supporting documents for auditors. Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for audits and compliance. Maintain records of company assets, track asset movement, depreciation.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide support and required information. Support and guide assistants in preparing documents and follow-up activities when required.
- Prepare ICV workings. Ensure timely renewal of vehicle licenses (Mulika) and related documentation
