Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Handle rent collections and property-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and real estate accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and client transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
- Collaborate with management to analyze financial data and optimize cash flow.
- Assist in audits and tax filings.
- Support the sales and leasing team with financial insights and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in the real estate industry).
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and UAE accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
