A well-established, 20-year-old exhibition design & build company based in Dubai is looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to join our leadership team immediately.

This is a key position requiring someone who can work as an extension of the Owner/Management, taking complete ownership of financial management and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a strategic finance partner to the Owner in all aspects of financial management

* Prepare and present timely monthly management reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)

* Monitor sales performance and overheads month-on-month against agreed annual targets

* Track project profitability, cost controls, and working capital

* Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of the sales team against targets

* Ensure strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

* Oversee accounts, receivables, payables, VAT compliance, and audits

* Support management with financial insights for decision-making

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

* Strong background in management accounting and reporting

* Experience in project-based / exhibition / construction / contracting industry preferred

* Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability

* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

* Based in UAE or available for immediate joining
