Senior Accountant

KBG GROUP Role Overview: Manage full-cycle property accounting and financial reporting for our real estate portfolio, ensuring accuracy in property-level performance and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Accounting: Manage month-end close, GL maintenance, and financial statements for assigned assets.
• Reconciliations: Oversee annual CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations (recoveries).
• Lease Admin: Ensure accurate rent rolls, escalations, and security deposit tracking.
• Development : Track construction draws, capital improvements, and project budgets.
• Treasury: Manage property Funds flows and coordinate investor distributions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of Real Estate/Property Accounting experience.
• Software: Proficiency in Tally prime
• Technical: Strong knowledge of GAAP and Straight-line Rent.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
