Senior Accountant

What You'll be Doing:

• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and monthly close processes
• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Manage fund accounting and grant tracking
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies within financial operations
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights that support decision-making

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 - 5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit or healthcare experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and fund accounting
• Experience with grants and compliance preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• High integrity, strong analytical ability, and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to mission-driven work

• $70,000 - $80,000 salary (DOE)
