Senior Accountant

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
  • General Ledger & Reconciliation: Maintain the general ledger, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure accuracy in accounts payable/receivable.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll: Administer full-cycle payroll, manage bank transactions, and oversee cash flow.
  • Compliance & Tax: File sales tax, payroll tax, and prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Supervision & Support: Mentor junior bookkeepers, improve accounting procedures, and assist management with budgeting/forecasting.
