We strongly prefer candidates graduated from IBA (Institute of Business Administration) with solid practical accounting experience and the ability to independently handle and finalize complete accounting operations.
Job Summary
We are seeking an IBA graduate with strong accounting knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing and finalizing complete accounts, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced professional environment.
Candidates from IBA with strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Independently handle and finalize complete accounts
- Prepare and maintain financial records and financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and ledgers
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing processes
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support audits, tax documentation, and compliance requirements
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and confidentiality of financial data
- Coordinate with management regarding financial reporting and updates
- Prepare accounting summaries and management reports
- Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and finalized
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, or relevant field from IBA (Institute of Business Administration)
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong ability to independently finalize complete accounting operations
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with accounting software is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
- Candidates with practical experience in complete accounting finalization will be preferred
