About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a real estate background to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle accounting, oversee property‑related financial activities, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple projects and assets. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations for real estate projects and properties
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month‑end closing
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tenant billing
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for properties and projects
• Review lease agreements and ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions
• Support management with financial analysis and decision‑making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector
• Strong understanding of real estate accounting, lease structures, and property operations
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with property management systems
• Knowledge of service charge reconciliation and tenant statements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
