Senior Accountant

HSH Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax, along with hands-on experience in accounting operations within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including timely filing of VAT returns
• Handle Corporate Tax calculations, filings, and compliance requirements
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in real estate sector)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
