Senior Accountant - CPA CLINICS (DHA Phase 8, Lahore)

Work Hours: 6 PM - 5 AM Pakistan Time (Monday to Friday)
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore

Position Summary

CPA CLINICS is seeking a dedicated Accountant with at least 3 years of US-accounting/tax experience to support our American clients from our Lahore office. This role is designed for Pakistani professionals who are highly skilled, reliable, and eager to advance their careers in international accounting.

You will manage bookkeeping, assist with audits, coordinate with U.S. and Pakistan-based staff, and communicate directly with clients. We provide structured training in U.S. tax programs (LITC, TCE, VITA), giving you the chance to build specialized skills in compliance and taxpayer advocacy. We’re looking for someone committed to staying with us for at least 2 years or longer.

Key Responsibilities

• Fnancial recordkeeping using QuickBooks/ Google Sheets
• Audit preparation and compliance checks
• Collections management and payment oversight
• Client communication via calls, emails, and voicemails
• Tax filing support (training provided)
• Documentation of consultations and follow-ups
• Task tracking with Excel
• Daily planning and next-day priority setting
• Coordination with U.S. staff to ensure workflow alignment and compliance

Requirements

• Strong background in accounting and bookkeeping (QuickBooks expertise required)
• Excellent English communication skills - spoken and written
• Proven punctuality and reliability - adherence to work hours is essential
• Commitment to stay with the company for at least 2 years
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior exposure to U.S. tax systems (LITC/TCE/VITA) preferred
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CA, CPA) strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
