We're Hiring: Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in the beverage and food solutions industry.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that projects move smoothly from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
• Present company products and solutions to clients when required.
• Coordinate with the factory, laboratory, and other internal departments regarding production orders, product development, and sample requests.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and client records.
• Ensure all client interactions, opportunities, and activities are accurately entered and maintained in the CRM system.
• Track order progress and provide timely updates to clients and management.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, account management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in the food, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
