Senior Accountant - Bahraini National

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and review general ledger accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit preparation.
  • Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
