Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Accountant (Bookkeeping) to manage day-to-day accounting, ledgers, reconciliation, taxation support, and financial documentation. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in accounting operations and MIS reporting. Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping & accounting operations
• Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliation
• Manage vendor payments, purchase & expense records
• Prepare GST data, TDS documentation, and support audits
• Handle outstanding tracking, payment follow-ups & MIS reports
• Support monthly closing, balance sheet schedules & financial statements
• Coordinate with internal departments for transaction accuracy
• Maintain proper documentation & compliance records

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent professional qualification
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting & bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP, GST, TDS & Reconciliations
• Advanced Excel & report preparation skills
• Strong accuracy & financial documentation ability
• Male candidate only (as per requirement)
• Immediate joiner required
• Stable employment history preferred
