Senior Accountant – Construction Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting project-based accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Handle project accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements
• Monitor cash flow and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and revenues
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems)
• Good understanding of VAT regulations in UAE
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED:8,000 to AED:10,000.00 per month.
