Job Summary:
Vera Developer Company seeks a skilled Senior Accountant with strong auditing expertise to join our finance team. This role demands proficiency in accounting and auditing to manage complex financial processes, ensure compliance, and support our growth in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.​
• Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closes.
• Lead auditing processes, including planning audits, coordinating with external auditors, and preparing documentation for reviews.​
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for project-based operations.
• Supervise junior staff, mentor on auditing best practices, and implement internal controls.​
• Identify process improvements using technology for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with tax filings, payroll, and regulatory compliance, staying updated on relevant standards.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with proven auditing skills in technology or software sectors.​
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, auditing procedures, internal controls, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software in advanced Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for audit reporting and team leadership.​
• Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation for software and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
