Senior Accountant (Holiday Homes Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file Corporate Tax and VAT returns (UAE MoF & FTA regulations).
• Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
• Audit & Control: Audit account statements and internal records for 100% accuracy.
• Operations: Oversee debt collection and accurately calculate commissions and expenses.
• Advisory: Provide financial insights to help us optimize costs and grow.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Accounting/Finance within the UAE.
• Tools: Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
• Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (Written and Spoken).
• Industry: Experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is a huge plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Package:

• Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 6,000 (All-inclusive).
• Benefits: Standard UAE Labor Law benefits (Medical Insurance, etc.).
• Joining Date: Within 2-4 weeks.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
