Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements in line with company policies, international accounting standards, and regulatory requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with Equinox Resort Amaala standards

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and timely processing

• Ensure full compliance with KSA regulatory requirements, including ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority), VAT regulations, and financial reporting obligations

• Support preparation and submission of tax filings, ensuring adherence to local laws and statutory deadlines

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available

• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to maintain integrity and transparency

• Monitor financial transactions, expenses, and cost controls to support operational efficiency and financial performance

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support informed decision-making and business strategy

• Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation in line with audit and compliance standards

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and support implementation of best practices

• Uphold Equinox Resort Amaala’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and high-performance culture in all financial operations

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance

• Familiarity with KSA regulations (VAT, ZATCA requirements) is essential

• Experience in AP/AR processes

• Solid understanding of month-end closing procedures

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury resort environment
