Position overview

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Accountant (5+ years UAE experience) who wants to share knowledge and teach, not do routine bookkeeping.

This is a training & education role only. You will design programs and teach students.

Perfect for professionals who prefer flexible hours, consulting, or part‑time teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Design, structure, and continuously improve a professional accounting training program

• Create practical tasks that simulate real‑life accounting scenarios

• Deliver engaging offline classes to institute students in our cozy and welcoming Al Riga office

• Answer questions, mentor students, and support them throughout the learning process

• Help students become confident, job‑ready accountants

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience in Dubai / UAE

• Strong practical knowledge of UAE accounting standards and full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, double‑entry system (debit/credit), chart of accounts, journal entries, financial reporting, VAT, corporate tax, audits, payroll, budgeting, P&L, cost control, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus

• Experience teaching or training is a plus

• Confident public speaking and presentation skills

• Fluent English (spoken & written); Russian or Arabic is a plus
