We are looking for an Experienced Zoho Books Accountant who will take full ownership of our accounting SOPs & Finance in general for our 2 growing ecommerce companies.
Role Responsibilities
1. Monthly Closing:
- Apply all accounting SOPs accurately
- Record intercompany entries
- Update financial dashboards
- Reconcile banks, receivables, payables, and partner settlements
2. Ongoing Part-Time Support (throughout the month):
- Issue invoices to partners and distributors when it's needed
- Financials reconciliation & others accounting tasks as the business grow
- Maintain clean, accurate, audit-ready books
Required Skills
- Advanced Zoho Books mastery
- Strong experience with intercompany transactions
- Details-oriented, structured, and reliable
- Preferably experience with UAE/KSA taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax)
Compensation
- $250–$400 USD/month, depending on skill level and performance during the 3-months' probation period.
