Construction Bookkeeper / Senior Accountant

Lewis Group CPAs is seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in construction/home service industries. This role focuses on supporting clients with accurate financials, job costing, and day-to-day bookkeeping using industry-specific tools such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, JobTread, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping for construction and home service clients
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate transaction coding and job costing
• Work within platforms such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, JobTread, and QuickBooks Online
• Monthly close and financial reporting
• Support clients with questions related to their financials and systems
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accuracy across accounts

Requirements

• 3+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with construction or home service businesses is required
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, JobTread
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule

• Full-time (35 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible schedule (fully remote)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
