Job Description: Senior Accountant

Location: Zeta AND Kasna Greater Noida
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (In-hand)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and finalization of accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GST reconciliation
• Manage TDS, TCS, and Income Tax compliances
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Coordinate with auditors for internal & statutory audits
• Prepare MIS reports for management
• Ensure statutory compliance and timely filings
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and expense management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com (CA Inter preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles & taxation
• Hands-on experience with Tally (Prime/ERP)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Good analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
