Senior Accounting Analyst (finance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounting Analyst to join our growing Fintech organization. This role will play a key part in financial reporting, complex reconciliations, and process improvement within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, experience in fintech or financial services, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance
• Perform complex account reconciliations, including cash, customer funds, revenue, and clearing accounts.
• Identify and resolve mismatches, reversals, failed transactions
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Coordinate with tech/ops teams to resolve transaction issues
• Analyze high-volume transactional data and investigate discrepancies
• Support accounting for payment processing, digital wallets, settlements, chargebacks, and fees
• Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
