Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Hamilton, OH location. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage journal entries, monitor fixed assets, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will also involve analyzing financial data, assisting in business decisions, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards. The candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the finance team and maintaining the integrity of the company's financial processes.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in tax and accounting
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and identify trends
• Hands-on experience managing Journal Entries and Fixed Assets processes
• Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
