Senior Accounting Professional (Russian Speaking)

Who we're looking for

A senior, hands-on finance professional with a strong sense of ownership. Someone comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment, who identifies what needs to be done, sets structure where none exists, and delivers results without waiting for direction or close supervision.

What the role involves

You will own the full accounting lifecycle - from day-to-day bookkeeping and transaction processing to designing, building, and maintaining management reporting frameworks.

Your responsibilities include:

– Ensuring accurate and timely financial records and reporting

– Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls

– Managing tax compliance across relevant jurisdictions

– Reviewing commercial agreements for accounting and tax implications

– Preparing regular management reports and supporting decision-making

– Coordinating audits and working with external auditors and advisors

– Maintaining clear, well-structured financial documentation and controls

What we expect

– Strong, hands-on experience applying IFRS in an operational environment

– Solid understanding of tax compliance in the Gulf region (including VAT and corporate tax)

– Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution

– High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability

– Confidence working directly with senior management and external stakeholders
