Senior Accounts Executive

SENIOR EXECUTIVE – FINANCE , ACCOUNTS & COMMERCIAL

• Candidate should be aware and have knowledge about Accounts Receivables & Payables & accounting expert in all accounting procedures related to Sundry Creditors & Creditors for expenses
• Should have the Experience in operating of Tally ERP is most priority.
• E waybill & GST knowledge is also required.
• Making entries in Tally of sales invoices , Purchase Invoices, Debit notes , Credit notes, JVs , Inventories related entry & all accounting entries.
• Candidate should be expert in MS Office , Excel reports required to the management during Audits / Monthly closing work related to Finance / Commercial / Export and Imports.
• Reconciliation of accounts & inventories.
• Preparing of pre and post Shipping Documents of Import and Export ,
• Application for TT and LC documentation
• Preparing of Documents against LC.
• Co-ordination with the CHA and Forwarder for the clearance of shipments.
• Application of ROTDEP , generation of scripts etc,
• Online renewal of Required Licenses related to Export and Import
• Timely Closing entry in the systems of of all Import and Export shipment with the bank against bill of entry and shipping bill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,608.21 - ₹35,000.00 per month
