Senior Account Executive

Location: Hisar, Haryana

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, handling financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Handling: Manage customer accounts, address queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Tally Prime Operations: Proficiently use Tally Prime for managing company finances, transactions, and reports.
• E-Way Bill Management: Generate and manage E-Way Bills for GST compliance and transportation of goods.
• Purchase Orders (PO) & Proforma Invoices (PI): Prepare and process POs and PIs for procurement and sales transactions.
• Email & Formal Letter Drafting: Draft and respond to business emails and formal letters with professionalism.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize MS Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounts handling.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of E-Way Bill, PO & PI preparation.
Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails and formal letters.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in GST filings and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Prior experience in customer account management in a similar industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,956.77 - ₹40,734.10 per month
